Last week on
Eli Stone, Eli found himself attracted to a mysterious girl (Katie Holmes) who initially came to him as part of his vision. At the same time, Eli and Maggie represented a father who's trying to stop his son who died in Iraq, from receiving a military burial. In tonight's episode, however, viewers will learn something shocking about Eli's visions, a twist that no body, not even Eli, will see coming.

In the third episode of the second season of
Eli Stone called “Unwritten,” Jordan is forced to defend himself against charges of insanity while Eli is on a mission to pursue a case against lead paint manufacturers which could lead him to the Supreme Court. Unfortunately, the stress and anxiety from both cases drive the two friends into a fiery fall out. And as a rift develops between the two, the fate of their entire law firm hangs in the balance.
Meanwhile, Eli's father's diary leads Eli to an important discover that his visions of the future can be changed. However, there's an unexpected twist to his visions that culminates with shocking results.
