Emma Stone Biography:

Born on November 6, 1988 in Scottsdale, Arizona, Emily Jean “Emma” Stone launched her career in television after she won the role of Laurie Partridge on VH1’s In Search of the Partridge Family. Although the show, The New Partridge Family, was cancelled after only one episode, Stone went on to appear in several television hits, such as Medium, Malcolm in the Middle and Lucky Louie. Prior to her small screen success, Stone was part of the Valley Youth Theater, with whom she performed on numerous productions, which include The Wind in the Willows, The Princess and the Pea, Cinderella, The Wiz, Titanic, Honk!, The Little Mermaid, Schoolhouse Rock Live!, Alice in Wonderland and Joseph and The Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat. Stone played the role of Violet Trimble on the short-lived Fox drama series, Drive. She is also part of the comedy film The House Bunny, opposite Anna Faris and Colin Hanks.

Violet Trimble, on the series Drive, is portrayed by Emma Stone. Violet seems like the typical high school student and teenager. Her mind is often filled with thoughts of cute boys and the latest fashion and cosmetics trends. However, beneath all the shallow preoccupations lies the mind of a genius. Her father, an astrophysicist, has tried hard to connect with Violet, and one day, decided to take Violet on a special road trip. Eventually, Violet found out that their road trip was actually part of “The Race,” and when she learned that there was $32 million dollars waiting at the finish line, she immediately showed more interest in the race.
