Trishelle Cannatella was born on November 4, 1979 and raised in a small, conservative town in the Louisiana bayou by her mother who was a devout Christian, taking her to church frequently. Her mother died of a brain tumor when she was just 14 years old, and she moved on to engage in athletic teams during her high school years at South Lafourche High School. She later moved on to major in Broadcast Journalism with a minor in English at the University of Southern Mississippi. Cannatella is best known for her participation on MTV's Real World: Las Vegas and her work in the films The Dukes of Hazzard: The Beginning, Ninja Cheerleaders and The Scorned. She also had supporting roles on 33 Griffin Lane and The Hillz. She later returned to Las Vegas to appear in Real World: Reunited and other MTV shows such as Jackass, PUNK'D, RR/RW Challenge: The Gauntlet and Spring Break 2004. Additionally, she made appearances in WB's Surreal Life, E!'s Kill Reality, CBS's Criminal Minds and FOX's VIP Passport.

Trishelle Cannatella appears on Dr. Steve-O as a character of the same name. Trishelle is a bombshell nurse and assistant to the wacky Dr. Steve-O, whose mission is to "de-wussify" nerds, couch potatoes and the like who need this doctor's immediate attention.
