Andrea Savage was born on February 20, 1975 in Santa Monica, California. She attended Cornell University where she majored in political science. As an actress, she appeared on television shows such as Sweet Valley High, Red Eye, Stacked, Cold Case and The King of Queens to name a few. Previously, she preformed standup comedy at The Improv, The Comedy Store and The Ice House.

Tillie Sullivan is portrayed by Andrea Savage on the television series Dog Bites Man. She is the team's producer who previously dated Kevin.
