Michael C. Hall was born on February 1, 1971. He started his acting career in the theatre, mostly doing off-Broadway productions of Macbeth and Cymbeline, and then worked his way to the television circuit. As an actor, he was popularly known for his portrayal of Davis Fisher in the drama series Six Feet Under where he was nominated for an Emmy award for Outstanding Lead Actor in a Drama Series and an AFI Award for Actor of the Year in 2002. Ultimately, he became part of the series Dexter where he plays the title character. Dexter Morgan is the adopted son of Harry Morgan, a Miami forensic scientist. Apparently, he has a secret. He suffers from schizoid personality disorder which causes him to live a double life, appearing likeable and amiable by day, and gruesomely murdering the escaped justice at night. In addition, he is a whiz when it comes to blood spatter analysis and problems of women. Michael C.
