Bachelor Winner Arrested ... Again
The curse of the Bachelor/Bachelorette series apparently doesn't just spill over into contestants' love lives. Season 6 winner of The Bachelor Mary Delgado was arrested Thursday for driving under the influence--her third arrest in four years. [TVGuide]

No Bones About It for The Situation
Rumors circulated last week that Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino would be making a guest appearance on Bones. Looks like that won't be the case (no need to boycott the show now, Bones fans). The Situation, who was tentatively slated to play a slain fitness guru, will be sticking with his regularly scheduled spray tans, ab strokes and bar brawls instead. [Zap2it]

Kara DioGuardi Disappointed Over Idol
The rumor mill is still churning about which judges are in or out over at American Idol (we do know for sure, however, that Ellen DeGeneres has turned in her judges' Coke cup), so we're still in the dark as to whose faces will be staring at when the show returns in January. So who else is still in the dark? Kara DioGuardi herself.

According to her dad, Joe DioGuardi, she doesn't even know if she'll be returning yet.

"Would you believe that she did not hear--and still has not heard--anything?" papa Joe (not that one) told TV show Capital Tonight. "She read it the way you did and I did. Her disappointment is that that's the way she's being treated and she feels that's not proper."
