We know her feisty alter-ego Gaby can do a mean Italian impression to get what she wants, but this is no laughing matter. Desperate Housewives mainstay Eva Longoria-Parker is being sued by the former managers of her Beso Las Vegas restaurant for using "scare tactics" to get them out of their joint business venture.

Suing for $10,000 and trying to get their jobs back, Ronan and Mali Nachum claim that "an email was sent out with racial undertones, suggesting acts such as P. Diddy and Kelis playing at the venue and other ghetto events would scare off the high-end customers in the night club."

The other part-owners came to the Desperate Housewives star's defense. J.T. Torregiani tells Radar Online, "Anyone can sue anyone for anything at anytime. We did nothing wrong. I've worked with Eva for years. She is one of the hardest working, smartest, most honorable and decent people I've ever met in all my years in the restaurant business."

Beso Las Vegas, an extension of the highly successful Beso restaurant in Hollywood, opened in December. Parker and the other part-owners were reportedly unhappy with the way the business was being managed by the couple, who for their part accuse the "Hollywood group" of not liking the "ghetto" events being booked in the venue.

Longoria-Parker, 35, is in the middle of filming Cristiada in Mexico. She plays Andy Garcia's wife in the 1920s-set flick. The seventh season of Desperate Housewives is expected to kick off in the fall.
