Details on what shows are doing for the May sweeps are trickling in, and it looks like Desperate Housewives is up for another time-traveling episode. This after the five-year jump and the little what-could-have-been peek into the distant future.

Don't forget to catch: Big 'Desperate Housewives' Secret Revealed

Former Numb3rs star Diane Farr has bagged a guest starring role on the ABC show when a May sweeps episode takes us back to Wisteria Lane circa 1994. The same episode will also feature the return of Brenda Strong as Mary Alice, the show's dead narrator.

Farr, who also had roles on Californication and Lie To Me, will play a woman who has became "hard-drinking" and "abusive." Her  "life has taken a bad turn since her husband left her 16 years earlier."

In other Desperate Housewives news, Shawn Pyfrom, who plays Bree's (Marcia Cross) gay son Andrew, was involved with a car accident when the car he was driving hit an "elderly gentleman" on a bike.

Says his rep, the 23-year-old was driving in the San Francisco Valley when the biker, going the wrong way, suddenly turned to his car. Pyfrom got off his car to help the man until paramedics arrived at the scene and took him to the hospital.

Ironically, his character Andrew on Desperate Housewives, driving while drunk, hit Carlos' mom in season one. Talk about foreshadowing.
