Season Three of
Deal or No Deal is back in full effect, and tonight, Tim Krajewski, the contestant from Ft. Lauderdale, Florida is thrown in for a little twist as he is given two $1 million cases, increasing his odds of becoming a millionaire. BuddyTV had a chance to chat with Tim earlier this morning about tonight’s episode and you can read the full interview transcript below.
BuddyTV: So can you tell us a little bit about your background and how you found yourself on Deal or No Deal?
Tim Krajewski: I'm 26 and I'm a third grade teacher in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, I always loved Deal or no deal. Back in January there was an open casting call in Miami with 5 thousand people, I waited in line for 5 and a half hours with my best friend Don. Basically I had 30 seconds to sell my self and I ran my mouth like never before and they picked me.
Were you always a fan of the show?
Yes. From season 1 I've watched pretty much every episode.
How do you feel going into tonight's episode?
Even though I've taped and I know the outcome, I'm a nervous wreck.
On tonight's episode, there's a little bit of a twist and you have two $1 million cases…how did this affect the way you played the game?
I wasn't expecting that, so when they announced that I thought I was going to pass out, I had to hold on to the little wedge there. It just got me more pumped than I was originally and it was just a high energy game right from the start.
Did you have a specific strategy going into it?
No. I'm a sporadic person, so I thought that whatever I'm feeling, I'm just going to call those numbers.
So what can fans expect to see when they watch tonight's episode?
They can see a good time, a lot of laughter, high energy, fun and excitement.
What do you plan on doing with all the money you win?
Well like I said I'm a third grade teacher, and being a teacher isn't the most lucrative profession to be in, so hopefully I'm going to be more comfortable, and we'll see what happens. It depends on how much I won. I can't remember how much I won at this point so we'll have to see tonight.
