-Romance Days of Our Lives debuted in 1965 on NBC and has continued to be a pillar of the network's daytime schedule. Biography

Julie Pinson was born on November 7, 1967 in Fremont, California and is best known for her role as Dr. Eve Lambert Collins Thornhart on Port Charles. She also appeared in The Young and the Restless for a minor role. In Days of Our Lives she was cast for the part of Billie Reed when Lisa Rinna, who originally played the role, refused to return. Pinson was nominated twice for Outstanding Supporting Actress in 2000 and for Outstanding Younger Lead Actress in 1999. As a child, Pinson was inspired by her mother to perform because her mother was a classically trained opera singer.

Billie Holliday Reed in Days of Our Lives is played by Julie Pinson. Billie Reed used to be a professional singer who was ruined by her cocaine addiction. Her parents are Curtis Reed, deceased and Kate Roberts, whom she never knew. She is the sister of Austin and a friend of Carrie who took her in when she was homeless. When she pulled herself together, she put up her own cosmetics company named Countess Wilhelmina.
