Darin Brooks was born on May 27, 1984 in Honolulu, Hawaii. He had a minor role in Staring at the Sun in 2005 and landed the role as Max Brady in NBC's Days of Our Lives.

Max Brady of Days of Our Lives is portrayed by Darin Brooks. Max Becker was the son of an abusive man whom he escaped from. With his protective companion, Frankie, they made their way to Salem where they were taken in by the kind-hearted Patch and Kayla Johnson. Later on, Max and Frankie were adopted by Shawn and Caroline Brady, thus legally changing their last names to Brady. Max first dated Chelsea Benson who was blamed for the accidental death of Zack Brady. He stood by her side but later on broke up with her, feeling that she was too immature for him. Other girls he dated were Stephanie Johnson and Mimi Lockhart.
