In the coming weeks, Salem will be visited by a bunch of new faces and several old timers.  As reported previously, Matthew Borlenghi will soon be gracing Days of our Lives to bring some much needed law and order as the Mayor of Salem.  So, who else will spice up the drama on Days of our Lives?  Read on to find out.

First up is Eve Plumb, best known for her portrayal of Jan Brady on the television sitcom The Brady Bunch.  This 50-year-old actress will appear on Days of our Lives as Marlena's (Deidre Hall) new patient named Dora.  You can read hints about their storyline in this spoiler article.

Up next is Terrell Tilford, who returns on Days of our Lives to portray Dr. Carrington on Friday, September 5.  This 39-year-old actor has appeared on numerous TV series including CSI: NY, Bones, Shark, Lincoln Heights, CSI, Soul Food, 24 and Guiding Light, just to name a few.  In the big screen, he has been cast in Jackson, The DL Chronicles: Robert, Jacob's Trouble, Serenity, Intersection, A Year and A Day, and A.I. Assault for the Sci-Fi Channel.

Also returning to Salem is Ross Matthews, who resumes his role as Chris.  This time, however, he'll be serving as Kate's (Lauren Koslow) assistant.  Matthews is credited for producing films such as Over the Hill, Dallas Doll, The Chain Reaction and the TV series Correlli.  He is expected to appear on the canvas on Tuesday, September 9.

Last but certainly not the least, Freda Foh Shen will guest star as Eleanor Thomas, who is scheduled to appear on Thursday, September 18.

Meanwhile, fans of Days of our Lives can also expect an actor to depart from the daytime drama as Roscoe Born (Dean Trent Robbins) exits nearing the end of summer.
