'Days of Our Lives' Stars Upcoming Appearances
For the past few months, stars of the popular daytime drama, Days of Our Lives, have been out and about, to the delight of the fans.  Some have done public appearances for personal projects, while others have been spotted on several television productions and advertisements.

Those who missed the soap celebrity appearances need not feel frustrated, as more stars are scheduled to appear in other media in the late summer and fall.

Days of Our Lives actor Matthew Ashford is set to perform in a stage production, according to his official website.  The 47-year-old actor will play Thomas Jefferson in the historical musical 1776. The play’s story revolves around the days leading up to the signing of the Declaration of Independence.  The production is scheduled to run from Tuesday, August 28 to Sunday, September 2.

Matthew Ashford, plays Jack Deveraux on the daytime drama, also recently promoted Bruce Kimmel’s thriller, Deceit, wherein he starred as leading man Michael.  The play was released on DVD on February 20.

The recently completed horror film, Chronicles of an Exorcism, also features Matthew Ashford. He will appear in the movie as Father Michael.

As previously reported, 43-year-old Days of Our Lives actress Kristian Alfonso (Hope Brady) will appear on the Home Shopping Network (HSN) on Monday, July 23 and Tuesday, July 24, in order to launch her new clothing line, Hope by Kristian Alfonso.

"I’ve been working on it for over two years," Alfonso told Soap Opera Weekly. "I wanted a clothing line that would be complimentary to every age, every body type and every weight... Whether you’re up or down, you always want to be able to look great and feel feminine."

The actress will also bring some special pieces from her jewelry line, Hope Faith Miracles.

After her September trip to Ocean City, Maryland, Kristian Alfonso will take her Hope Faith Miracles tour to Memphis, Tennessee, where she is scheduled to appear from October 5-7. Tickets have been priced at $8 per day and $15 for three days. Children under the age of 12 get in for free.

Actors Bryan Dattilo (Lucas), Martha Madison (Belle), Rachel Melvin (Chelsea), and Blake Berris (Nick) will be taking a trip to Greenville, South Carolina in August to attend the Days Into the Night Charity Event.  The event will run from August 3-5.
