Days of our Lives: April 3 Live Thoughts
Days of our Lives: April 3 Live Thoughts
Days of our Lives begins again for another Thursday.  Stephanie (Shelley Hennig) has tracked down Max (Darin Brooks) at the docks with a hot chocolate.  He's logging in extra community service hours at the pier.

Ava (Tamara Braun) has finally let Steve (Stephen Nichols) see Hope (Kristian Alfonso), whom Ava still thinks is Kayla.  Ava goads Steve into kissing Hope.

And, continuing from the end of yesterday's Days of our Lives, Nicole Walker (Arianne Zuker) has just crashed the party at the Kiriakis mansion.  Victor is not please to see her and tries to kick her out, but Nicole sticks around.  She sees Chloe (Nadia Bjorlin) there and demands to know where Brady is.  Everyone is curious to know why Nicole is back in Salem.

Steve goes in for a kiss with Hope and secretly whispers to her that she should follow his lead.  Ava breaks up the fond reunion, and Steve says that since she finally has her Patch back, she can let Hope go.  Ava doesn't want to allow it because she is afraid that Hope will just go to the police as soon as she's released.  Steve calls Ava "babe," which makes her begin to melt.  After some hesitation, Ava gets suspicious that this is all a trap.  She starts hearing voices in her head and gets majorly wiggie.  She pops some pills to stop her headaches.  Hope says that since she's pregnant, she shouldn't be put under any stress.  Ava realizes this and tells her to go rest, putting her hand on Hope's gaunt stomach in the process.  Seeing as how Hope is a walking stick figure, Ava catches on to the fact that Hope doesn't look like she is with child and gets suspicious.  She starts asking about how far along she is and about her morning sickness.  Ava wants to get her checked out by a doctor, but Hope, thinking quickly on her feet, convinces her that it won't be necessary.  Ava calls Angelo in and orders him to take Hope into another room so that she and Patch can have dinner alone.  As soon as they are alone, Ava begins macking on Steve.

Stephanie tells Max that she doesn't mind hanging out by the docks with Max instead of hanging out with the sorority sisters.  Max is worried that he's bringing her down and doesn't want to be responsible for that.  Max's boss stomps down and tells him to stop talking and get back to work.  Stephanie figures out that Max thinks that she's wasting her time with him just because she feels indebted to him.  He says that he doesn't want her to come down to the docks anymore.  Stephanie eventually acquiesces, but points out that she'll be stopping by to visit him a lot at the pub.  Stephanie gets a call from the hospital; she finds out that Kayla has just been admitted as a patient.  She rushes off.

Victor thinks that Nicole is back to get more money out of him, but she insists that she just needed to get away.  She orders Henderson to get her room ready, as the other guests talk about her behind her back. Daniel thinks Nicole is hot, but Kate (Lauren Koslow) warns him to stay away from her because she is BAD NEWS.  Chloe (Nadia Bjorlin) has an undying vendetta against Nicole for trying to keep her and Brady apart.  Chloe and Philip (Jay Kenneth Johnson) don't want to have to share a roof with Nicole.

Kate convinces Chelsea to go to bed and get some rest, teasing that she seems so taken with Daniel.  Kate also indulges in some schadenfreude, crowing that Nicole is going to make Victor's life a living hell.  Kate says that Victor deserves all of it.  As they chat, Daniel stops by Chelsea's bedroom to chat and find out if she's really doing okay.  He tells her that he wants regular visits from her at the hospital.  I think there is supposed to be sexual tension going on, but I'm not convinced.

At the end of the episode, Victor tells everyone that Nicole will be staying at the Kiriakis mansion until he can get his attorneys to forcibly remove her.

Next on Days of our Lives: Philip argues with John, Chloe argues with Nicole, Kayla asks Stephanie where Steve is, Bo talks to Daniel about Chelsea's crush.
