Danny Fenton who has an alter ego named Danny Phantom. The show basically revolves around his struggle to balance his life as a timid freshman at Casper High and a heroic ghost fighter with superpowers.

Sam, who are also Danny's best friends who help him fight the wicked spirits. Throughput the series, they are in conflict with antagonists such as Valerie Grey and
Vladimir "Vlad" Masters. In addition, Danny has a whacky family consisting of
Jazz Fenton, Danny's sister, and parents Jack and
Maddie Fenton.
