Next up, Lance Bass and Lacey Schwimmer reprise their jitterbug from last week.  Let's hope everyone's costume stays on like they're supposed to.  What a fun routine.  It really showcases both of their strengths, I think.  Here's what the judges have to say about it: Bruno yells something about panache and flair, but Carrie Ann points out that they struggled with one of their lifts.  She does appreciate how many risks they took all season.  And Len praises him about how much he's grown as a dancer and how well they did tonight.  The scores: Carrie Ann gives a 9, Len gives a 9 and Bruno gives a 10, for a 28 out of 30.  Combined with last night's scores, they've got 81 out of 90, and they take the lead.

Brooke Burke and Derek Hough have decided to do their Viennese waltz from week 3.  Of course, they are beautiful and strong and superbly romantic and in character.  There was a little awkward moment right before one of Brooke's turns, but otherwise, she looks like she's been dancing for years.  Just as before, she gives her daughters a kiss at the very end.  Carrie Ann is moved to tears by the performance and lavishes both Brooke and Derek with praise.  Len continues to think that their Viennese waltz is the dance of the season.  The scores: Carrie Ann gives 10, Len gives 10 and Bruno gives 10, for another perfect 30.  Combined with last night's scores, they have 88 out of 90.

Thus, the final judges' scores have been assigned.  The scores will now be combined with last night's audience votes to determine the winner.  But there is still almost a half hour left to the show, so no doubt, the powers that be will make us wait until the very end.

After the break, we find out which of the couples came in third place.  Combining all the scores from this week with phone and online votes, the couple who will now be eliminated is Lance and Lacey.  Woah!  I didn't see that coming!  So now it's between Brooke and Warren.

Now, because they couldn't possibly tell us the final results so soon, we have to wait a bit longer.  At least we've got Miley Cyrus to entertain us with "Fly on the Wall."  Poor Billy Ray: his daughter is much more famous than he is.

Oh golly, another commercial break?  Oy gevolt!

Finally!  It's now time to reveal the champions of Dancing with the Stars.  The winners are Brooke Burke and Derek Hough!  Of course, that means that Warren and Kym are the runners-up.  Brooke really was the best competitor in the competition.  And, not only did she break the curse of the pretty girls, but she also broke the streak of athletes taking home the trophy.  This win is definitely well-deserved.
