I didn't have a whole lot of good things to say about Shannon Elizabeth's hipless samba, which made my "Worst" list, but I have nothing but high praise for her and Derek Hough for this amazingly beautiful and wonderfully romantic Viennese waltz.  This performance nearly brought tears to my eyes and reminded me just why I love to watch ballroom dancing in the first place.  Shannon and Derek's sexual chemistry was definitely through the roof here, and I felt as if Shannon's feet were barely even grazing the dance floor.
