Marissa Jaret Winokur is not a slim girl, so it takes balls to pull of a short, tight, red number like this one.  She looks beautiful in the dress, and Tony Dovolani totally rocks the bare-chested look as well.


Worst



I'm not a huge fan of the Kristi Yamaguchi's headdress, but the biggest flaw here is how high Mark Ballas' pants are pulled up.  The open satin shirt he's wearing also feels disjointed from the rest of the ensemble.
