As mentioned in previously, Steve-O didn't make it to Monday night's live taping of Dancing with the Stars due to a back injury.  His professional dance partner Lacey Schwimmer went solo and even told the audience that her partner's injury looked "pretty bad."  After missing this week's episode, the Jackass prankster has decided to address the issue, pinning “poor judgment” as a factor in the accident.  He also claims that he's learned his lesson and is now being cautious with his actions, especially since he hopes to stay in the Dancing competition.

"Physically, I feel pretty good today. If I get the opportunity, I don't see any reason why I shouldn't be able to learn and perform a great ‘fox trot' routine," Steve-O blogged.  "With 20/20 hindsight, I must admit that I exercised very poor judgment yesterday."

Prior to the back injury he sustained yesterday, Steve-O had already hurt his back in a separate incident last week.  Now, Steve-O acknowledges that he should have been more careful when he went to practice with dance partner Lacey Schwimmer on Monday.

"Jumping flat onto a bad back with a microphone pack strapped to it was sensationally idiotic, especially after Lacey told me what a bad idea she thought it was," he wrote.

For his second week on Dancing with the Stars, Steve-O got only 14 out of 30 from the judges, who based their decision on the team's performance during the rehearsal.  Had he been able to dance on the show, the score may have been better, according to the judges.

"I was a real jerk to insist upon doing that," Steve-O added in the blog post. "I really hope that I get the chance to stay in the competition and make it up Lacey and everyone else."
