A couple of weeks ago, it felt like we all knew who would be taking home the Dancing with the Stars
season 13 Mirror Ball. Following weeks of solid performances, J.R. Martinez blew away judges and audiences alike with a night of perfect dancing. Combined with oodles of charisma and an incredible backstory, J.R.'s victory was seemed assured.
That's not the case, now that we're actually in the finals. Predictions for who will win Dancing with the Stars
season 13 are much murkier. Keep reading to find out our conclusions.

While J.R. Martinez and Ricki Lake have rightly earned their places in the finals, they have been joined by a young upstart of a dancer -- Rob Kardashian. Thanks to late-season surge in skill and dancing flair, Rob has come from behind to achieve the highest scores in the final night of dances.
What does this all mean for the final DWTS season 13 results? Our BuddyTV predictions are as follows:
3rd Place: Ricki Lake and Derek Hough
Ricki Lake might just be the best celebrity dancer in season 13 of Dancing with the Stars.
She has only rarely stumbled since week 1 and has managed a series of brilliant dances throughout the season. Also, she's partnered with Derek Hough, the only three-time DWTS professional winner.
Still, Ricki is likely to end up in the bottom when it comes to the end. There has been little evidence of hardcore fan support throughout the season, with Ricki's survival depending more on scores than votes. Will she have the support necessary to overcome a surging Rob or a heartwarming J.R.?
Ricki's finale scores don't help much either. As the only dancers would didn't win a perfect 30 for their freestyle, Ricki and Derek ended the night on a low note. And in a tie with J.R. Martinez for points, who do you honestly think would come out on top?
2nd Place: Rob Kardashian and Cheryl Burke
This is a tough call, because Rob has a good chance of winning it all. His surprising improvement , obvious hard work and famous family are all working in his favor as the DWTS finale draws near.
But all of this might not be enough to overcome the force that is J.R. Martinez.
If Rob does win, it will most likely rest on Monday night's scores. 57 points does not represent a huge lead over 54, but sometimes it's enough. Assuming Rob can capture large numbers of fan votes, the competition is his. If this is not the case, second place will have to do.

1st Place: J.R. Martinez and Karina Smirnoff
He's had a rough couple of weeks. The semi-finals represented a low point for an injured J.R. Martinez. His first finale dance drew plenty of judge criticism.
But J.R. Martinez is still the most likely dancer to win Dancing with the Stars season 13.
Why? J.R. has the consistent dancing and scores throughout the season to justify any win. J.R. has the charisma to woo voters, no matter how he dances. And J.R. is the kind of contestant people just want to vote for.
It's far from certain, but the safe bet to win Dancing with the Stars season 13 is J.R. Martinez.
