She may be a clear frontrunner on
Dancing with the Stars after the
premiere, but Nicole Scherzinger admits that she's scared of one other contestant this season ... and it's not Evan Lysacek.
She's afraid of Pamela Anderson.
"Talk about dance experience," she told
MTV News. "She is just fierce to me. I'm scared of her, actually. She is the one. I don't know if I'll be able to take her down but she's going to be hot and sizzling. She's gonna do her thing."
The other frontrunner, ESPN courtside reporter Erin Andrews, says that she had a blast during the
DWTS kick-off. But while her partner Maksim Chmerkovskiy appreciates the good comments, he doesn't want to speak too soon either.
"I don't want to jinx us. We still have a long way to go," the Bad Boy of Ballroom tells
ESPN. "Erin and I are starting to click. We're having an amazing time."
Is Chad Ochocinco having an amazing time? He clearly has potential, but we didn't see the trademark flamboyant attitude, and someone agrees. Bengals coach Marvin Lewis says his wide receiver should loosen up a bit.
"I thought he did well," Lewis tells
Cincinnati.com. "I thought he needed to loosen up and be more himself. His voice got all squeaky and high at the end when they were talking to him and that is unlike him. He'll come out of his shell very quickly."
From the good ones, let's go to the bad ones (other than
Brooke Burke, I mean). Um, Buzz Aldrin.
Buzz's wife Lois was very proud of her hubby (of course), but she concedes that his performance was less than brilliant.
"You're becoming such a good dancer but you do have to improve," Lois
tells Buzz. "He can improve. He's got to improve because he really is a better dancer."
Finally, after being compared to a shopping cart, the nervous wreck that was Kate Gosselin is earning
comparisons with former
Idol contestant Sanjaya Malakar.
Although Vote For The Worst has set its sights on
Idol hopeful Tim Urban, we won't be surprised if the
Jon and Kate Plus 8 star survives weekly elimination thanks to votes from both fans and haters who want to her stay just because.
