'Dancing with the Stars' Predictions: Who Will Be the Final 3?

It's the final week of Dancing with the Stars season 17, but before the Mirror Ball Trophy is awarded, one more couple will be eliminated. Monday's episode will feature the final four's freestyles, a judges' choice routine and a Samba relay, and then one will be eliminated.

The final three will then compete on Tuesday for the win, but which couple won't make it that far? I think it's safe to say there will be a split among the leaderboard. Amber Riley and Corbin Bleu's freestyles should be extraordinary while Jack Osbourne's and Bill Engvall's will be less so. I know Jack has been doing good lately, but I don't think freestyle is suited to his strengths.

The same can be said for the Samba relay, where Bill and Jack will definitely be at the bottom. As for the judges' choice, Corbin has the Quickstep, Bill has the Viennese Waltz, Jack has the Jive and Amber has the Charleston.

So who will be eliminated? Let's look at the four couples.

Bill Engvall and Emma Slater

They are well past their prime. They keep surviving every week even though they've been at the bottom of the leaderboard for the past five weeks. I expect them to be in last again, by a very wide margin, and hopefully that will finally end their improbable run.

Jack Osbourne and Cheryl Burke

I've always liked him less than the judges and viewers. I just don't find him very compelling, and his dancing is very hit-or-miss. His judges' choice dance perfectly highlights that duality as his Jive earned an absurd 10 from Carrie Ann Inaba, a correct 8 from Len Goodman and a 9 from Bruno Tonioli.

Amber Riley and Derek Hough

To her credit, I felt like she finally snapped back into the competition during the semifinals after floating for a few weeks based solely on Derek's charisma, shirtlessness and brilliant choreography. With three dances, it will be interesting to see if her knees can keep up, so I think there's an outside chance she gets eliminated if she doesn't top the leaderboard.

Corbin Bleu and Karina Smirnoff

I want them to win. I need them to win. Sure, he had plenty of dance experience, but that shouldn't be held against him. He's been hitting his stride at just the right time, getting perfect scores in each of the past two weeks. His week 3 Quickstep was fast and furious and after seeing his trio challenge Jazz routine, I can only imagine the magic he and Karina will cook up for their freestyle. We've already lost Brant Daugherty and Elizabeth Berkley, so I simply refuse to accept the possibility that the finale will also be without Corbin.

My Prediction

As I have done nearly every week this season, I'm going to predict that Jack and Cheryl will be eliminated. Bill's fan base is too powerful to be ignored, as is Derek's. And Corbin is exceptional and should be at the top of the leaderboard. I think Jack's scores might stumble a bit on the judges' choice and freestyle rounds, and he'll be third, at beast, in the Samba relay, leaving him close enough to Bill for the blue collar comedian to close the gap.

Who do you think will be eliminated from Dancing with the Stars? And are you prepared to boycott next season if Bill Engvall wins?
