With the final performance show for this season of
Dancing with the Stars mere hours away, it is about just about that time when we begin to get nostalgic about this sixth season of
Dancing with the Stars. I'm pretty certain that tonight's final performances will all be pretty darn good. None of them will even be close to making the list for worst performances of the season, so I think it's safe to take some time now to look back at the really big clunkers from this season.
This sixth season of
Dancing with the Stars is actually quite possibly the best season yet, with the highest level of performance achieved, thanks to the likes of
Kristi Yamaguchi,
Jason Taylor and
Cristian de la Fuente. There has been so much good about this season that it's hard to remember all the bad.

Think carefully, though. There has been puh-lenty of bad. Remember
Penn Jillette? His gigantic feet and hulking girth are clearly not meant for dancing, and it certainly showed. Also,
Marlee Matlin, bless her soul, was a great inspiration, but when she was off, it was nigh impossible for her to get back on.
Monica Seles, the first eliminated female competitor, may have been a whiz on the tennis court, but girlfriend doesn't have a graceful bone in her body. And even
Marissa Jaret Winokur! She improved so much during the course of the season – making it to fourth place, even! – but she didn't start out so great.

Dancing with the Stars. And don't forget to tune in tonight for the final performance show, in which the three finalists will finally get to perform a freestyle routine. Then, tomorrow, ABC will air the two-hour final results show. All of the eliminated pairs will be back to perform once again, and we'll finally find out who will become the sixth winning pair on
Dancing with the Stars.
