With less than a week to go until the official cast announcement for Dancing with the Stars, season 13, it's natural that we should be getting some spoilers as to which celebrities will actually be taking to the dance floor. And new reports have actor David Arquette reporting for dancing duty.

TMZ.com reports that David Arquette is indeed one of the season 13 celebrities and that he has already visited the DWTS rehearsal studios to meet with his professional partner. Who might that partner be? According to the same sources who spilled about Arquette's presence, the actor will be dancing with Australian dancer Kym Johnson.

Assuming these reports are correct, David Arquette will mark the first fairly big actor for whom there is any confirmation of DWTS participation. There have certainly been rumors about big names -- Queen Latifah, Snooki and Tiffani Thiessen have all been mentioned as possibilities -- but those have been based on rumors and not actual sightings.

Which DWTS rumors can we believe?

David Arquette would be a double-bonus celebrity on Dancing with the Stars, considering both his career and recent tabloid notoriety. As an actor, Arquette has appeared in movies such as Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Airheads, Never Been Kissed and Scream. His television appearances include Blossom, Beverly Hills, 90210 and Friends. Amusingly enough, when you consider the basic appearance of David Arquette, he also had a brief career in professional wrestling.

More recently, David Arquette has made the news along with his now ex-wife, Courtney Cox. The two announced their separation in October of 2010 after 11 years of marriage. Reports of alcohol problems and extramarital liaisons followed for Arquette.

David Arquette now joins a DWTS rumor mill that includes Rob Kardashian, Elisabetta Canalis and more. We'll find out on Monday, August 29 (at some point during the Bachelor Pad broadcast) exactly which rumors are true and which are false.

Until then, let the speculation continue!
