ABC's celebrity dance off returns as Dancing with the Stars
takes to ball room with an all new stable of super star competitors. Stars of television, sports, music, and other venues team with professional partners in a bid to take home the coveted Dancing with the Stars
mirror ball trophy. In the wake of the seminal fourth season, all eyes are on Dancing with the Stars
to surpass itself with its unique blend of personality, action, and drama. Expect nothing less from the super successful dance contest as ABC brings its most competitive lineup of contestants yet. No long shots, no underdogs, just pure dancing excitement.
Dancing with the Stars debuts with an impressive three-day, 4-hour roll out. Viewers will first get to meet the new slate of dancers (from Wayne Newton to Marie Osmond) on Monday, September 24 from 9-9:30pm. The first performances will air the next night, also from 8-9:30pm, and the first results show will air Wednesday, September 26 from 8-9pm. After that, the show takes its normal schedule: Mondays from 8-9:30pm for performances, Tuesdays from 9-10pm for results.
