Entertainment Tonight spent a day with Dancing with the Stars semi-finalist Warren Sapp as he flew around the country, going from Dancing with the Stars to a taping of Showtime's Inside the NFL. His day started at 8 in the morning, with cranberry juice (no coffee) and a huge bacon, egg and cheese croissant.

In fact, he often criss-crosses the country to go from Dancing with the Stars rehearsals and performances to tapings of his NFL Network GameDay show. With such a packed schedule, It's a wonder that he gets any rehearsal time at all!

He switches gears from thinking about sequins and foxtrot to screening hours of NFL footage. He's in his element in the football world, but he admits that now that he's on Dancing with the Stars, he likes having beautiful women greet him at the airport instead of 250-pound dudes.

In the dressing room before the taping of Inside the NFL, he grills his producers to make sure that they are continuing to vote for him. And then out on set before the taping, Sapp gets a good mocking by his co-analyst, Chris Collinsworth, who imitates his 15-second solo from his jive this week.

The taping goes smoothly, including a segment called “Ask Warren Anything.” Afterwards, he's back on the plane to go back to Los Angeles because the next morning, bright and early, he'll meet Kym Johnson to learn the routines for next Monday's performance show.

The thing I love about Warren Sapp, which shows both when he hits the dance floor and in this video above, is his great personality. He's funny and self-deprecating, but also has a hearty, infectious laugh. I love that he's such a big guy, but can move and dance with the best of them.

Warren goes head-to-head with Brooke Burke, Cody Linley and Lance Bass this Monday for the semi-finals of Dancing with the Stars.
