It’s not even noon on the West Coast and it’s already been a big news day for ABC. The channel just announced the premiere date for the 10th season of Dancing With the Stars and the renewals of three of it’s hot new comedies: Modern Family, Cougar Town, and The Middle.

Celebrities and their professional partners will be dancing across your TV starting Monday March 22nd. The channel will celebrate the 10th season of their successful reality show with a two-hour premiere. It’s hard to believe there have been 10 seasons of Dancing With the Stars already, with no sign of the show slowing down. We’re already eager to see which celebrity will surprise us with their moves comes March.

The happy news continues for the channel’s hot new Wednesday night comedy line-up. Less than an hour ago at the Television Critics Association press tour, ABC chief Stephen McPherson announced that Modern Family, Cougar Town, and The Middle had all been picked up for sophomore seasons.

Modern Family star Jesse Tyler Ferguson helped spread the word through Twitter and TwitPics:
According to EW’s Michael Ausiello, ABC was mum on the fate of other comedies including Ugly Betty, Scrubs, and Better Off Ted.
