Kelli Finglass studied at Lindale High School in Lindale, Texas and attended the University of North Texas where she acquired her degree in international marketing. She started out as a cheerleader for the Dallas Cowboys and was later hired as assistant director. In addition, she also worked in sales and promoted the team.

Ultimately, Kelli Finglass became part of the reality show Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders: Making the Team as the team’s director. As the director, she is considered to be responsible for the growth and success of the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders. Apart from being the business manager, she also stands as the cheerleaders’ friend and adviser.
