Aaron John “A. J.” Buckley is an Irish-Canadian movie and television actor who was born on February, 1978 in Dublin, Ireland. He appears as a member of the cast in the CBS crime drama series CSI: NY. Buckley migrated from Ireland to Canada with his family when he was six years old, and studied at the St. Thomas Moore private school. He currently lives in Los Angeles, and also plays the drums, being part of a band with his Extreme Days co-star Ryan Gosling. Among the other television series he has had roles in are

Adam Ross is portrayed by A.J. Buckley the CBS television show CSI: NY. Introduced in the second season, Ross is a lab technician employed by the New York City crime lab. Ross has a wide range of talents, having assisted before with the audiovisual department, as well as working with trace evidence. He is also fully qualified with a master’s degree to run a PCR DNA test, which aids in the detection of HIV. On occasion, Ross is also allowed to accompany field agents to the scene of the crime in order to help reconstruct what happened or to carefully collect evidence.
