CSI: Miami: Previewing Episode 8.04 "In Plane Sight"
The most important bit from last week's CSI: Miami was, probably, the bit about cougars and the thing about double standards in society.  Then again, the way the murders were committed was probably ridiculous, to say the least.  And then I couldn't care less about the suspects.  I was honestly focused on a couple of things: the new cast members, and the old ones.

Last week, we were introduced to the new medical examiner, Tom Loman, who seems to be extremely giddy with things, a bit like Hodges over at CSI.  And then there's Walter Simmons, the new lab tech who looks like the type of guy who'd be the life of the party.  One episode is not enough to see how these two fare, though, so I'm keeping shut on that.

The other big story: Delko and Calleigh.  The investigation didn't really end terribly, and in the end it seems the two are trying to protect each other from speculation.  It's surprising to see Delko virtually snub his (former?) girlfriend at the locker room.  It's more surprise to see the two patch up at the end of the episode, more because it felt like it happened too fast, just like that.  But of course, something's got to happen in the next few weeks.

I'm not sure if we'll see that in tonight's CSI: Miami, but perhaps for good reason--the crime's a little, uhh, creepy.  The most hated man in Miami--a guy who's accused of, simply put, stealing money from others--is found dead flushed inside an airplane's toilet, much like what he did with the money he grabbed.  Now, the search is on for that money, and of course, the killer.  Maybe the killer stole the money.  Maybe he's just looking for it.  I obviously don't know.

By the way, Brooke Burke will also show up on tonight's episode of CSI: Miami, airing from 10pm on CBS.  A handful of photos are right below.
