Jill, 39, is the mother of Nicole, 19. Jill is from Newark, Delaware and enjoys yoga, pilates, spinning, dancing, and traveling. She has no pageant experience, but Nicole won the Miss Delaware USA 2007 title and competed in the Miss USA 2007 pageant.

In
week 1 , Jill and Nicole came up with the team name Sassy Sisters. However, after hearing the judges' critiques, they changed their name to Goal Getters in the
second week . They also won the swimsuit challenge. In
week 3 , they were praised for their poise and symmetry in their pageant photo. They were eliminated in the
fourth week when their hula hooping talent failed to wow the judges. They were de-sashed by Dream Gals, Gina and Hollis.
