Matthew Gray Gubler may be part of an elite team of FBI profilers who analyze the country's most twisted murderers on
Criminal Minds, but on the big screen, he'll be one of those wicked predators whom his TV character hunts as he stars in the movie
How To Be A Serial Killer.
Gubler, who plays FBI BAU Special Agent Dr. Spencer Reid on

Directed and written by Luke Ricci,

Determined to share the joys of serial killing, he decides to recruit a lost soul named Bart (Matthew Gray Gubler) to be his apprentice. In due course, Mike guides Bart through the ethics of serial killing, teaching him various strategies for disposing corpses, balancing work and play, methods of killing, and other aspects of exterminating. However, their killing spree is interrupted when Mike's girlfriend finds out what's beneath her boyfriend's amiable exterior. Now, Mike and Bart must kill their way out of being discovered by the cops.
Also included in the movie are Ryan Smith (
Cold Case, Dexter), Laura Regan (
Judging Amy, Dead Silence), George Wyner (
Days of Our Lives, Less than Perfect), and Mary Jo Catlett (

Aside from

500 Days of Summer, a romantic comedy about a woman who doesn't believe true love exists, and the young man who falls for her.
