It's time for the weekly poll for all you Criminal Minds fans! This series is full to the brim with complex, compelling characters, who each bring their own unique energy to the team. That being said, we all have our favorites so I thought we would see which male team member strikes the strongest chord with the audience.


My answer is C -- Each of these men brought their own distinctive perspective and experience to the team and they all played important roles in solving the cases and making the BAU such a success. But in the end, I had to go with our resident genius. Blame it on the combination of a fascinating backstory and Matthew Gray Gubler's screen presence, but Reid quickly became one of my favorite characters back in season 1 and I have only grown more interested in his character over the last seven seasons. Reid had a bit of an underwhelming season this year, stepping into the background for a large part of the season while the writers focused on some of the other characters and relationships. Of course there is nothing wrong with spreading the love around, but I would like to see Matthew Gray Gubler get a bit more to do next season, with a few more personal story lines or Reid-centric episodes. I would also like to see more interaction between Reid and Morgan (Shemar Moore) and Reid and Garcia (Kirsten Vangsness), as I feel those relationships have been a bit ignored lately.
