Tonight on
Criminal Minds, the elite team of FBI profilers will attempt to anticipate the next move of yet another serial killer on the loose before he strikes again. Bringing on their best game is Special Agent Aaron “Hotch” Hotchner (
Thomas Gibson), the head of the Behavioral Analysis Unit, obsessional crimes expert Special Agent Derek Morgan, (
Shemar Moore), the classically misunderstood genius Special Agent Dr. Spencer Reid (
Matthew Gray Gubler), Jennifer "J.J." Jareau (
AJ Cook), who acts as the acts as the team's liaison with the media, computer whiz Penelope Garcia (
Kirsten Vangsness), and Emily Prentiss (
Paget Brewster), the newbie who struggles to prove her worth to the group.
The hunt for one of the country's most twisted criminal minds begins at 9pm in the episode entitled “Scared to Death.” Read on to find out what's in store on tonight's episode of

In third episode of season 3, the FBI's Behavioral Analysis Unit (BAU) travels to Portland, Oregon to aid the local authorities in investigating the disappearances of people who are new to the city and have no strong social ties. As they delve deeper into the case, they soon find out that all clues lead to a psychiatrist who exploits his medical profession and uses the knowledge of his patients' worst phobias to literary scare them to death.
Guest-starring on tonight's episode is Michael O'Keefe who is set to play the role of Dr. Stan Howard. This 52-year-old actor is known for his role on
Roseanne, where he played Fred, the husband of Roseanne's sister Jackie (Laurie Metcalf), as well as in the film
Caddyshack and
The Great Santini, in which he received a Best Supporting Actor Oscar nomination.
Also featured in this episode are Jennifer Lee Keyes (Jenny), Jayne Atkinson (Section Chief Erin Strauss), M. J. Karmi (Howard's Mother), Brandon Killham (Young Howard), John Bobek (Patrick), Casey Kramer (Landlady), Stephanie Venditto (Jane Howard), Melody Hollis (Jessica Howard), Danielle Sapia (Missy), and Christopher Frontiero (Craig Sanders).
