Final Warning: Spoilers ahead!!!

According to SpoilerTV, Criminal Minds is casting four people to fill in the roles of William Young, Sherri Young, Nicole Young and Stephen Boardman.  As expected the first three characters are related, given that they share the same last names.

William is described as a 40 to 45-year-old African-American upper-middle class layer who is involved in the dominant partnering of killers.  In the episode, he'll be apprehended but will refuse to talk, knowing that as long as his partner is out killing, the BAU Team will think that he (William) is innocent.  Eventually, he is released only to find out that his partner has taken his daughter Nicole as hostage.  Naturally, William is enraged at his partner's betrayal and the situation causes the partnership's end.

As mentioned, William has a daughter named Nicole.  She's below 20 years old and is described as innocent.  She refuses to believe her father is guilty of murder despite her neighbor's ridicule and mockery.  Nevertheless, she becomes increasingly aware of one of her neighbor's odd behavior and as she starts to unearth the truth, the neighbor takes her hostage, leaving only her murderous father to save her.

Sherri, on the other hand, is the attractive wife of William.  She is also African-American, about 40 to 45 years old, and has ignored her husband's odd behavior for quite some time.  Now, she can't bear the thought that her complacence has led to the possibility of her daughter being dead.

Last but not the least, the show is looking to cast for the role of Stephen, William's neighbor who works as a real estate broker.  He is also William's partner-in-crime.  When Nicole starts to become suspicious of him, he abducts her causing the partnership to come to an end as the two killers to attack each other.
