Golden Globe nominee Piper Perabo and Christopher Gorham return as everyone's favorite special ops duo Annie and Auggie for a third season of CIA action. Yes, USA Network's hit series Covert Affairs
is a go for Summer 2012!
After the success of the first two seasons, Covert Affairs
season 3 is sure to live up to fan's expectations. In case you didn't see it, Annie made her first kill in the season 2 finale. This can only lead to bigger and better things, right? Of course! There has to be more drama, more bad guys, more to learn from the Domestic Protection Division (DPD) and more "should I laugh at the blind guy or not?" jokes from Auggie! Which Covert Affairs Character are You?
In season 3 of Covert Affairs
there is sure to be more action packed spy drama to unravel. The show's writers have definitely spoiled the fans rotten with previous seasons, so what could they possibly come up with next? According to Gorham, there's already been shooting in Istanbul, Stockholm, and Jordan. Plus, it's his understanding that "Auggie is going to Africa." Maybe viewers can look forward to spies on African Safari!Christopher Gorham tells us to "get comfortable to be uncomfortable" in season 3>>
Aside from the cool spy moves we are sure to witness this coming season, what about the episode titles? Season 1 episodes each had the title of a Led Zeppelin song, Season 2 can thank R.E.M. So what about season 3 of Covert Affairs
? Perhaps I can lend a suggestion. In honor of Annie Walker's new-found confidence after hitting a live target, why not use the titles of iconic female rock band The Runaways? "Cherry Bomb" seems fitting. How much do you know about Covert Affairs? Play trivia to find out>>
