Sarah Beth Lancaster is an actress best known for her roles as Rachel in Saved by the Bell 2: The New Class and Madison Kellner in Everwood. She was born on February 12, 1980 in Overland Park, Kansas and later moved to Mission Viejo, California where she began taking acting classes. While in eight grade she was cast for a role on Saved by the Bell 2: The New Class in 1993. After her acting stint she moved to Los Angeles to pursue an acting career. A couple of years later she was appeared as guest on shows such as Dawson's Creek, That '70s Show and CSI: Crime Scene Investigation. Her other appearances include those in Boston Public, What About Brian and the short-lived Dr. Vegas. When not acting, Lancaster likes to dance with jazz and funk music.

Ellie Bartowski is played by Sarah Lancaster on the CBS series Chuck. Ellie is the ever-supportive sister of computer nerd Chuck, who accidentally downloads tons of sensitive government data into his brain. Now, Chuck becomes the most vital tool for the CIA, and Ellie and his friends are faced with the challenge of being there for him throughout his new identity as the next most wanted target of assassins and international terrorists.
