Not all titles featured on BuddyTV are available through Amazon Prime.
The Dancing with the Stars: All-Stars
week 6 eliminations start earlier than usual and will reflect two full weeks of scores and voting. That means three dances! What are the standings as we go into the eliminations?
1. Sabrina Bryan and Louis Van Amstel -- 88.5 total points
2. Apolo Anton Ohno and Karina Smirnoff -- 86.5
3. Melissa Rycroft and Tony Dovolani -- 86
4. Shawn Johnson and Derek Hough -- 84.5
5. Gilles Marini and Peta Murgatroyd -- 84
6. Emmitt Smith and Cheryl Burke -- 82.5
7. Kirstie Alley and Maksim Chmerkovskiy -- 82
8. Kelly Monaco and Val Chmerkovskiy -- 78.5
Or maybe you need a graphic representation of all that has gone on in the past two weeks. For you, we have three full sets of performance rankings to choose from!
What does all this mean about who will go home? That's kind of hard to say when everyone is so close and all of the celebrities have fans. On the other hand, we here at BuddyTV like to say things anyway: In our Readers' Poll
, 57 percent of responding DWTS
fans picked Kirstie Alley and Maksim Chmerkovskiy as the most likely to go. They were followed by Kelly Monaco and Val Chmerkovskiy (33 percent) and Emmitt Smith and Cheryl Burke (10 percent).
Let's find out who it really is!
Taylor Swift, Jason Mraz and the Macy's Stars of Dance are the non-results related performances coming tonight.
Also, we get an encore dance: Apolo and Karina are reprising their Viennese waltz from this week's performance show. You know, the sad one that got a 30.Important news for next week: There will be no eliminations and no Results Show on Tuesday, 6. This is because of that rather big and important election happening at the same time.
I bet we get a double elimination soon to make up for this...
OK, now for the first RESULTS
of the night!
It's the two lowest-scoring couples of week 6 -- Kelly & Val, Emmitt & Cheryl.
And...Emmitt Smith and Cheryl Burke are SAFE!!!Kelly Monaco and Val Chmerkovskiy are SAFE!!!
Time for an upset!
Well, it will be time for an upset soon. First, however, it's time for a performance by Jason Mraz.Quote of the Week
: "Thanks for slapping me. That was awesome." Sabrina, to Brooke Burket-Charvet
In other DWTS
news, Derek Hough has an injury that's going to keep him out of next week's competition. Mark Ballas will take his place and dance with Shawn Johnson.
Next up for their RESULTS
: Shawn Johnson & Derek Hough, Gilles Marini & Peta Murgatroyd, Kirstie Alley & Maksim Chmerkovskiy.
So...Shawn Johnson and Derek Hough are SAFE!!!
Gilles Marini and Peta Murgatroyd are SAFE!!!
And...Kirstie Alley and Maksim Chmerkovskiy are SAFE!!!
So I guess this means that one of the highest scorers from last night is going home. That's Sabrina and Louis, Apolo and Karina, and Melissa and Tony.
Anyway, forget about the dancers and the possibly destruction of their dancing dreams. The show has, for the moment anyway. Instead, they're giving us a very weird, techno version of the French Revolution as told through dance.
Before we can move on to more results for the night, we need to plan for next week. This would be the Fusion Dances. With one piece of music given to each couple, they will need to prepare two different styles of dance. Could be interesting.
The couples all need to choose for each other. And they pick...
Kirstie and Maks choose Tango/Cha-Cha for Melissa and Tony.
Kelly and Val choose Argentine Tango/Samba for Gilles and Peta.
Emmitt and Cheryl choose Tango/Foxtrot for Sabrina and Louis.
Apolo and Karina choose Quickstep/Samba for Kirstie and Maks.
Melissa and Tony choose Tango/Paso Doble for Shawn and Derek (Mark, actually).
Shawn and Derek choose Rumba/Samba for Emmitt and Cheryl.
Sabrina and Louis choose Cha-Cha/Foxtrot for Kelly and Val.
Gilles and Peta choose Cha-Cha/Paso Doble for Apolo and Karina.
Taylor Swift is up to sing next. She's got her "We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together" song to sing. She is so disturbingly catchy this girl.
OK, the music stuff is done. And it's time for the final RESULTS
of the night. This would be when the three top couples -- Apolo and Karina, Melissa and Tony, Sabrina and Louis.Melissa Rycroft and Tony Dovolani are SAFE!!!
So it's just the perfect-scorers left on the stage.
Who has to go?Apolo Anton Ohno and Karina Smirnoff are SAFE!!!
Which means that...Sabrina Bryan and Louis Van Amstel have been eliminated from Dancing with the Stars: All-Stars!
Yes. Again. You can barely hear the aftermath through all the booing... This is the kind of thing that makes you think Len might just walk away from the judges' table some night.
Do you agree with these results? Should someone else have gone home? Why do you think Sabrina was cut after such high scores? Leave your comments below!(Images courtesy of ABC)
