-Reality Flavor of Love Girls: Charm School, which airs on VH1, is a spin off of reality show Flavor of Love. It is hosted by comedian Mo'Nique and selects thirteen contestants from the previous two seasons of Flavor of Love to come up with Flavor of Love Girls: Charm School, a show dedicated to instill proper etiquette in the girls and in the end win $50,000 and the title of "Charm School Queen". The show features the Ten Commandments of Charm School which will be learned and practiced by the girls throughout the episodes. Judging them would be "Headmistress" Mo'Nique herself along with beauty pageant coordinator "Dean" Keith Lewis and Essence magazine editor "Dean" Mikki Taylor.

Cristal, also known as Serious, from the nickname given to her by Flavor Flav on the first season of Flavor of Love, is a model from Atlanta, Georgia who dreams of someday owning a lingerie boutique, featuring affordable sexy-wear for real-figured women who are not built like Victoria’s Secret models.

Serious was one of thirteen contestants fighting for $50,000 on Charm School until she was eliminated in episode four.
