Celebrity Rehab is no stranger to drama. Since the show features a colorful cast of troubled personalities, it doesn't really come as a surprise when some of its stars get caught in a rumble. Tonight's episode is a good testament that the recovery process from drugs is never too easy.

In the fifth episode of the second season of
Celebrity Rehab,
Jeff Conaway, in his most desperate effort yet, calls 911 and informs the authorities that he's being held against his will. Naturally, the police arrive and Jeff tells them he's suffering and wants to go home. Dr. Drew, on the other hand, is worried that Jeff is suicidal. After much convincing, Jeff decides to stay at the Pasadena Recovery Center.
Later, things get out of hand when Gary Busey and Jeff have a dispute about who is going to sit in the front seat of the van. The dispute gets heated as both actors get physical while the rest of the group can only watch in stunned silence.
A tense compromise is eventually reached and the group returns to the unit where Gary again faces up to Jeff, telling him that they've got to stop the fighting. However, Jeff isn't ready to give in just yet so thing get heated again. It even comes to a point where Jeff accuses Gary of manhandling him and suggested that he should be in a "psych unit" at a hospital, fuming "You're a maniac, keep your hands off of me."
