Lucy Lawless was born on March 29, 1968 in New Zealand. This actress-singer is more popularly known as Xena on the television series Xena: Warrior Princess. She has also appeared in several shows like The X-Files, The Bernie Mac Show, Two and a Half men, Just Shoot Me, Veronica Mars and onstage in the Vagina Monologues. She even had cameo appearances in films like Spider-man, Euro Trip and Boogeyman. Moreover, she had a recurring role in the TV series Battlestar Galactica where she played D'anna Biers, a reporter working on a crucial documentary about Galactica.

Lucy Lawless was a participant in the television show Celebrity Duets. Her performance of "Total Eclipse of the Heart" was breathtakingly dramatic. She has strongly improved from the first time she started singing. Sadly, she got eliminated in the 7th round.
