Julie White

Julie White, who was born to Sue Jane, a therapist, and Edwin White, a dentist on June 4, 1961 in San Diego, California, was taken by her parents to Austin, Texas when she was three years old. At a young age, she started acting in local plays and landed the lead role in the musical, The Baker's Wife. The show's producers were so impressed that they decided to take her to New York. Upon graduating high school, she flew to New York and entered Fordham University as a history major. White pursued her acting career by first conquering the regional theater. From there, she moved on to Broadway and off-Broadway productions, and later was cast for television shows. Her television credits include Law & Order, Grace Under Fire, Touched by an Angel, JAG, Strong Medicine, Desperate Housewives and most recently, Cavemen.

Leslie of Cavemen is portrayed by Julie White. Eccentric Leslie is a condominium owner and landlady of Joel, Nick and Andy, three cavemen living in the modern world. To complicate matters, Leslie's beautiful daughter, Kate, is the girlfriend of Joel. Cavemen follows the adventures of three cavemen living in the new millennium as they try to get past the prejudicial opinions of most homo sapiens and prove themselves worthy of their place in the modern society.
