In what is getting to be a habit, Alex and Isabel are getting ready in the morning. This week, though, it's a naked shower scene and unlike last week, Alex gets lucky. Alex wants to go away for a week with her, but she's busy with the wedding plans and the art auction. She tells him to go on a golf trip with his friends or something.
Since he has no place to go, Alex goes off looking for Ramon. He finds him with Chico and Petey. They invite Alex on their Caribbean gambling getaway, but he declines.
With Alex off for the week and him in charge, Frank tries to bring Henry into the fold to get brownie points from Pancho. They have a meeting with the marketing team in Alex's office and Pancho comes in. Of course, he's surprised to see Henry, but tells them that Frank has his full support in this meeting. Just then, Alex walks into his office and it's AWKWARD. He tries to play it off that he just came to get something out of his desk and keeps his cool until he gets into the parking lot. There he blows off some steam and calls Ramon and tells him that he's in for the trip.
Rebecca is volunteering time at the art gallery trying to earn points with Isabel. Brandt is there giving Isabel a hard time about the placement of the art pieces. Once he leaves, Rebecca tells Isabel that he's interested in her. Isabel scoffs.
Jaime tells Rebecca about his bachelor party. She's ticked off that he didn't cancel it since in actuality, he's not a bachelor anymore. To get back at him, she has her friends arrange a bachelorette party for her. In spite of her trying to make him jealous, it's not working.
Isabel walks into her bedroom to see Alex packing for his trip. He tries to pick a fight with her but she doesn't bite. She tells him that she hopes he comes home in a better mood.
Alex, Ramon, Chico and Petey are enjoying their vacation. Alex has been very lucky in the casino. When he leaves the others to their women, he enters his room to find a naked woman in his bed. She's a complimentary welcome gift to him from Ramon.
Back in Miami, Brandt invites Isabel to dinner and she accepts. After dinner, they talk a bit. She gets ready to leave and he moves in for the kiss. He only kisses her on her cheek. When she's out of his place, she just stands there for a bit.
At Jaime's bachelor party, there's plenty of alcohol and two very developed strippers. It seems their whole purpose is to make out with him. Jaime's a relatively good boy, though, and he gets up and leaves before they totally have their way with him.
On the other hand, at Rebecca's party, she resists the male strippers hired, but when her ex walks in, she tells him all about her feelings of not being good enough for Jaime. She ends up leaving the party with him and later we see that they had sex in his car.
Back in the Caribbean, the guys are enjoying themselves walking down the street. These two kids attempt to hold them up. Ramon, Chico and Petey have their guns out behind their backs, but Alex talks the kids down. They run away. Petey is in awe of Alex's skills. They then go to a firing range. They don't shoot pistols, though, they shoot semi-automatic weapons and Alex wows them again with his skill.
At Duque, Frank and Henry are burning the midnight oil with a new marketing plan. Henry has had enough and he gets up to leave. Before he does, though, Pancho walks in having seen the lights. Frank pitches their idea of making beer to Pancho. You know that doesn't go over well. Pancho is ticked. He wants them to concentrate on rum ... not beer ... not ethanol.
Later, in the Caribbean, Alex walks into Ramon's room and sees them torturing this guy. Turns out that it's the guy that Chico and Petey recognized from the alley in Florida. They accuse him of setting them up and are trying to get the identities of the other two guys. They ask Alex if he believes the guy doesn't know the identities of his two mates. Alex is conflicted, but finally says no. Ramon tells Petey to take care of the guy and Alex walks out.
On the beach, Alex is upset. When Ramon joins him, Alex asks if that guy was the only reason for the trip and Ramon acknowledges that. Alex says that he's questioning the whole trip, and Ramon says not the whole trip ...
This episode of Cane concludes with Alex on the beach, staring out towards the water. There were no previews for next week and there is no mention anywhere of any more episodes. I hope this isn't the end of the Duque family saga, we'll keep an eye out for any more information.
