Guest star Gilles Marini is back tonight on Brothers and Sisters, so there's got to be more love as the Frenchman Luc Laurent gets together with the Walkers. However, facing a lot of obstacles in life has made the family wary of strangers and it's not so easy for them to accept the newcomer. Still, they do what they can so that Sarah's new romance feels welcome.
On "Last Tango in Pasadena," Luc faces judgment as he deals with the Walkers. Most of them accept him easily. He teaches Justin (Dave Annable) and Rebecca (Emily Vancamp) how to dance the tango, and the family is swept off their feet and charmed. Unfortunately, Nora (Sally Field) isn't that sold.
Nora has put up her motherly wall, which leads her to reject the houseguest outright. She doesn't want the neighbors spreading rumors about the Walkers, even though it's only the lover of her daughter. Then again, this family didn't really have that perfect life.
With Kitty's cancer still on her mind, Nora doesn't find this change very pleasing. But once she gets to know Luc, she is surprised by how comforting he is. As the two become close, Nora discovers that she can't just block out anyone new that comes her way. Soon enough, she understands why Sarah fell for the guy so easily.
As for the other
Brothers and Sisters romances, Robert (Rob Lowe) does what he can to distract Kitty from her condition. He tries to show her a lot of love, trying to relive their earlier flame.
Meanwhile, Kevin (Matthew Rhys) and Scotty (Luke Macfarlane) encounter a surprise of their own. They've stumbled upon a possible surrogacy candidate, and it's certainly someone they never expected.
