Kevin Chapman's Biography:

Kevin "Chappy" Chapman was a member of St. Kevin's parish and previously worked as Mayor Menino's first liaison to Dorchester. As an actor, he worked in films like Two For the Money, In Good Company, Mystic River and Ladder 49. In addition, he produced the film Lonely Street.

Freddi Cork in Showtime series Brotherhood is played by Kevin Chapman. He is known to be the rival gang boss who constantly blackmails Tommy in order to gain city contracts.

Kevin lived on Jones Ave, Dorchester way back when. We lived next door to him. I remember his dad playing 'the melon song' and singing in that Louisiana accent of his. Claire, Gail, David, Kevin, Chappy (his dad) and gawd, I forget his other sister's name.

All along I didn't know city hall Kevin was the same Kevin.
