Paula Abdul to Guest-Judge Dancing with the Stars: All-Stars
Things are starting to get shaken-up a bit on Dancing with the Stars
. Instead of the usual three judges -- Len Goodman, Bruno Tonioli and Carrie Ann Inaba -- a fourth guest judge will be on hand for week 4 of this season.
The announcement came during Monday night's DWTS
performance show. Shortly after Tom Bergeron broke the news, we got to see a pre-taped statement from Paula Abdul. What did she say? Check it out below:
"Dance has always been my first love and Dancing with the Stars
epitomizes what dance can do to the human spirit. I've been sneaking into the show for years, and now I get to be a guest judge. It's a marriage made in dancing heaven!"
Paula Abdul has both judging and dancing experience. In addition to her long career as a choreographer, Abdul has judged both American Idol
and The X-Factor.
Is this guest-judging role coming because she misses the job?An Unwelcome Package for Bristol
Bristol Palin has been having a bad week. First she went and had an on-camera fight with professional partner Mark Ballas. Then she came in last-place during the DWTS
performances on Monday night. What could make all this worse?
Apparently, someone has threatened Bristol Palin by mailing a package filled with white powder. That's worse.TMZ.com
reports that the FBI and Los Angeles police are both investigating this package. Addressed to Bristol Palin and containing some sort of white powder (eventually determined to be harmless), the package also came with a note. Sources say that the note demanded Bristol's removal from Dancing with the Stars: All-Stars
