While fans are getting anxious about Boston Legal’s fifth season, which returns on Monday, September 22 at 10pm on ABC, we bring you a whole load of spoilers to pique your interest on the show, which stars James Spader, John Larroquette, Christian Clemenson, Tara Summers, Candice Bergen and William Shatner.  In fact, SpoilerBuzz reports that Kimberly Williams-Pasley will be taking on a guest starring role on the upcoming season of Boston Legal.  Joining her will be Betty White, who will be reprising her guest starring role of Catherine Piper.

SpoilerFix reports some juicy details on what’s to come in the first few episodes of Boston Legal’s fifth season.  In fact, the season premiere entitled “Smoke Signals,” will follow Alan and Denny as they don their coast guard uniforms and board a yacht, where a wild party is taking place.  The party consists of half-naked men and women in their mid-20s.  Alan later flirts with a young woman in charge.  Additionally, Alan, Denny, Jerry and Bethany go to court against the tobacco industry to find that the lawyer for the opposing side is one of Alan’s former girlfriends.  When she begins to question the doctor, Alan becomes convinced that their case is shot.  Later, Denny experiences some male trouble, thus consulting a doctor to find out that he might not have Alzheimer’s.

Episode 5.02, "Guardians and Gatekeepers" follows Alan as he sues the drug companies after a man comes to him and says that he has been taking over 40 different medications daily.  Katie takes on a case regarding a woman who is alleging that she was raped by a guard when she was sent to a private drug treatment center.

Episode 5.03, "Dances with Wolves" on the other hand follows Joanna, a sex therapist and sexual surrogate hires Alan to defend her when her ex-husband sues her for full custody of their daughter.  The ex-husband strongly believes that Joanna's work is harmful to the girl's well-being.  A man attempts to mug Denny, who in turns shoots him.  Later, Carl represents him when the police comes to arrest him for carrying a concealed weapon.
