Tonight is the post-strike return of the FOX drama
Bones on its new night at 8pm. One of the better procedural dramas,
Bones is quickly becoming a hit in its own right, thanks to constant reruns on FOX and its recent syndication on TNT Tuesday nights.

The cast is led by the heroic Seeley Booth (
David Boreanaz) and the socially blunt yet utterly brilliant Temperence “Bones” Brennan (
Emily Deschanel). Helping the FBi agent and forensic anthropologist are a special team, including rich conspiracy theorist (and bug expert) Jack Hodhins (
TJ Thyne), Brennan's even more socially awkward assistant Zack Addy (
Eric Millegan), the artistic and strong Angela Montenegro (
Michaela Conlin) and the eventually understanding authoritarian figure Cam Saroyan (Tamara Taylor).
Though mostly a procedural drama, the writers' strike sadly affected the show's new attempt at more serialized storytelling in its third season with the evolving relationship of Hodgins and Angela, a new shrink providing couples counseling to Booth and Bones, and a cannibalistic serial killer known only as the Gormagon.
