bonesIn case you didn't know, there is still one new episode of Bones season 2 that hasn't been aired.  The said installment, which was originally scheduled to air last April 18, has been pulled out by FOX in line with the shootings at Virginia Tech that commenced last April 16.  FOX has been apprehensive about the show's timely coincidental plot line to the real-life tragedy, but now, the network has decided to dig up the episode after a little over a year the massacre took place.

The much-awaited episode of Bones centers the exploration of human remains on a college campus.  It follows Dr. Temperance Brennan, played by Emily Deschanel, and FBI Special Agent Seely Booth, played by David Boreanaz, as they explore the remains of the school's star basketball player, trampled under a set of courtside bleachers.  Determined to know the cause of death, they reconstructed the victim's skull, finding out that the victim was dead even before the bleachers fell on him.  Booth and Brennan pursue the case by interviewing the victim's girlfriend and his friends for ulterior motives for his murder.  Later, they realize that more than one person may be involved in scheming his death.

According to TV Guide, the controversial Bones episode will be airing this May but will do so at the expense of some of the scenes of Jack Hodgins (T. J. Thyne) and Angela Montenegro (Michaela Conlin).  The episode reportedly has a lot of scenes between the then unengaged characters, which will now have to be removed for continuity reasons.

After trying to stay friends for some time, Angela and Hodgins became romantically involved. Angela proposed to Hodgins after refusing his two marriage proposals, and the couple was eventually set to walk down the aisle. Unfortunately, their wedding was cut short in the second season finale when it is revealed that Angela is technically married to a man from Fiji.

In the third season, Hodgins and Angela hired a private investigator named Amber Kippler to locate her husband.  The investigator found out that Angela's husband, Grayson Barasa, is living in Florida.  Although Grayson was forced with divorce papers, he refused to sign them, claiming he still loves Angela and has even built a house for himself and her.

Meanwhile, fans can enjoy reruns of Bones every Friday at 8pm on FOX.
