Bones is going to Hollywood this week! That means, along with the blood, gore and murder required of any Bones episode, we will also get the bright lights and excitement of the film industry in "The Suit on the Set." Judging from these videos -- one of which is a trailer for the movie based on Brennan's book -- Hollywood suits Bones just fine.

Not all titles featured on BuddyTV are available through Amazon Prime.

The first video has very little to do with the plot of "The Suit on the Set." Instead, it's a teaser trailer for the movie based on Brennan's book, Bone of Contention. Check it out below.

Would you go see this movie? It does look a little cheesy, what with the exploding pyramids and all. I guess that's what happens when they try to make a blockbuster out of a book. Still, they might have considered throwing some money into the special effects budget...

The trailer video does give us our first peek at the actors who will be playing the "Brennan" and the "Booth" characters (Dr. Kathy Reichs and Special Agent Andy Lister, respectively, in the film). The actors are Blaine Campbell (played by the real actor, guest star Jordan Belfi) and Sherry Redford (played by guest star Ashley Jones).

We get a look at both the fictional and real Booth and Brennan in the promo for "The Suit on the Set."

  • No surprise -- the Hollywood types made some changes to Brennan's script. She will not be happy about that.
  • And of course there is a dead body on the set. How could there not be?
  • It looks like the actors playing the Booth and Brennan characters are a little less tough than their "real" counterparts.
  • At least Booth and Brennan will be fully appreciated on the movie set, seeing as they will be solving a murder and all.

"The Suit on the Set" airs on Monday, May 7 at 8pm on FOX.
